2011-2012 League Rules Updated 9/21/11: Vault: Levels A/B/C will get 1minute for Warm-up, Levels D/E get 1.5 minutes *10 - ......at any level on balance beam "except Level B"General Rules (includes new code of conduct for Coaches/Judges)
New Rules for 2011-2012 Season (can also be found in "General Rules" handout): "No Mason Dixon gymnast may compete in any other gymnastics league (with the exception of a school sponsored team or organization) during the Mason Dixon season which is from the date of the first meet in December (12/11/11) through the weekend of Championships (4/29/11)."Any individual discovered breaking this rule will be subject to immediate suspension from the League for the remainder of the season and also cause his/her entire club to also be suspended for the rest of the season along with all gymnasts on their club roster. All individuals and clubs will also forfeit all fees paid to the league for that season. Old Rule Still In Affect: "Any gymnast who scores a 36.00 or higher at the same level at two of the first three meets of the season must either move up to the next level for the next meet or may remain at the same level but will NOT be eligible for awards at that level." |
